Text a Gold-Standard in a Culture struggling with safety, sanity, & practical/practiced insights for personal balance. Highly recommended in Course(s) by Instructor's who value virtue, respect, and diverse ideals of 'being well.' Format fitting to understand locus of control, self-efficacy, motivation, & commitment. Students' may even wonder why no one lingered upon these values in academia, before? Text materials invite instructor's addendum's and, tributary-assignments. Tubesing's are pioneers for Wellness; covertly asking, "Can we guide a different paradigm away from the $100.000 brain (educational debt) perched upon a $ 10.00 body? Can we guide meaningful discussions of what an adult expects from life, in relation to what life expects from him/her?" Health Education still, gets a "D"-grade for pedagogical approaches in especially Alcohol/Drug Studies and in Nutrition. One cannot discover new oceans until one has the courage to lose sight of the shore.
