Everything about this Calm Down CD was above and beyond the others. The voice, inflections and artistic strategies for engaging interest, relating to the individual and soothing background audio was a treat to discover. A person managing anxiety from a traumatic event (4-yrs), gained insight from selections she favored. Highly recommend this 'Calm Down' CD!

I have been using these Music downloads with guided imagery from Whole Person Associates for a few years and find them to be very helpful in teaching me to relax, to feel calm, relieve stress. They are healing for my body, mind and spirit.
I have downloaded several and find the music and the person's voice very soothing. I use them every afternoon for an hour or so when I find my special spot on the couch to relax.
