This is another CD that I used after a traumatic and painful physical event and subsequent surgery, all of which, caused me anxiety. I also used the two cds (including Warm and Heavy) in the hospital to lower my blood pressure when it was too high due to pain and anxiety. The very helpful man (Jack, I think) at Whole Person Associates made sure I got the two cds in the mail before I went to the hospital.

This relaxation track countdown I have used in my teaching career during the winters in Iowa when kids are stressed. They have responded so well that several have asked me where I got the CD. I have also used it with friends and family to promote well being. It is definitely a five star quality relaxation CD!
