These worksheets provided my client a way to address her trauma responses to the sexual abuse she endured. This gave her insight and expanded her understanding of the ways she is still carrying the trauma. I am so thankful that we had these worksheets to turn to for discussion prompts and processing for her trauma in the safety of the therapeutic relationship.

This has been a great resource in my professional practice and in helping survivors cope and heal. I only wish more of these were available in Spanish.
