i have bought this for friends - everyone loves these two guided meditations. Inner Healing brings me inner peace and total relaxation - i also use it if i am having trouble falling asleep.

I have listened to these two meditations on this CD for several years - and also given several to friends in need. Both of these - the other is Peace with Pain - can be life altering. They both calm me, quiet my mind, help me deal with the anxiety; they improve the quality of my life. i highly recommend this CD.

excellent for healing pain, healing brain, healing all over. it calms me - i listen to this at least once a week and it really changes me from stress out (alot of times i dont recognize it as stress) and makes my life smoother, softer, calmer. i highly recommend this meditation. i bought this recent CD as a gift for a friend. i have had my own for about 5 years and never tire of it, ever.
