The Canoe/Rain CD is amazing! It brought me back to numerous wonderful times in my life. My mind could smell, taste and feel many different places I had been. Incredibly calming. I used this (biofeedback) about 7 years ago. We moved and the CD got ruined. My husband found WholePerson and ordered me another one. Same amazing results!

This is a cool little guided meditation-visualization.
It's only about 22 mins long and takes you into the woods to a cabin. Nice rain sounds and very positive, affirming thoughts. I usually play this one on my stereo while also playing a thunderstorms cd as well. Makes for some good effects while engaging in a quick meditation. Have been enjoying it for years.
